How to rent a unit?

It's just 3 clicks. You can either leave a request on our website and wait for a call from a manager, or immediately book the required unit through the Calculator. We work remotely, so renting and signing a contract is easy online, and you can move in whenever it's convenient for you, even at night.

Who can rent a unit/box, an individual or a legal entity?

We work with both individuals and legal entities, providing all necessary payment and other documents.

How to pay?

There are many convenient ways to pay: through our website, via IBAN details, through PayPal, SWIFT.

If I left earlier but paid for a longer period?

Dont worry, in our company, you only pay for the period that you actually rented. We will definitely make a recalculation.

How much space can the Komora company provide to the client?

Our warehouse provides different storage places (individual boxes) depending on the required area. The minimum area is 1 m3 (box), the maximum is up to you m2, the height is 2.5 m. If necessary, individual boxes can be combined.

What documents are required for renting a unit?

We need copies in electronic form: a document certifying identity (passport, driver's license, or ID), mobile number, email and contacts of authorized persons as necessary.

What happens to the items if I stop paying?

We always make advances to our clients and understand that different life circumstances are possible. Therefore, within 90 days we try to resolve all overdue obligations. Further, things from the personal unit are moved to the general section. All details are specified in our contract.

What is the temperature in the warehouse and what are the storage conditions for items?

The temperature in the warehouse does not drop below +12°C during the winter period. All warehouses are equipped with 24/7 video surveillance and additional physical security, so you can rest assured that we will keep your belongings safe as our own.

Are there shelves in the units?

The company provides shelves for rent as an additional service. By default, there are no construction in the unit-box, and the entire area is available to the client. For more details on the cost of renting a shelf, please ask the manager.

Can the key to the unit/box be transferred to acquaintances or company employees in case of renting for business purposes?

You can either pass on the key or grant access to your trusted persons to your unit/box. The details of these trusted persons need to be provided to the Chamber during the signing of the contract or subsequently before the access is granted, via the authorized email or mobile number specified in the agreement.
