The tank is filled completely to prevent fuel channels and pipes from drying out. Add additives to the gasoline to clean the tank. It is necessary to ride the motorcycle a little bit.
• Spark plugs. They are unscrewed, a little oil is poured into the cylinders (about 5 g). Then the spark plugs are inserted back, and the pistons are rotated with a starter.
• Engine oil. The used oil is drained and replaced with new lubricating oil. Otherwise, during preservation, the suspension and deposits will clog the channels and jets.
• Engine. To protect the engine from corrosion and premature wear, an oil-based agent with protective additives is used. It is sprayed into the cylinders using an aerosol. A protective film forms on the internal surfaces, preventing rust from appearing on the engine
• Tires. If the motorcycle is planned to be stored for more than 4 months, the tires are suspended. The motorcycle is placed on a stand and a roller is placed under the front wheel. The pressure is reduced to 1 atm. The tires are treated with silicone grease from a spray bottle. This prevents cracking and drying out of the rubber.
• Coolant. If the room will not be heated, the refrigerant is changed using a special non-freezing antifreeze. Water cannot be used to dilute the cooling liquid.
• Batteries. During storage, the battery loses its capacity, so it should be removed and taken home. The battery should be charged once a month.
• Exhaust pipe. The muffler is tightly plugged with fabric to prevent moisture from accumulating inside.

Important! Before preserving the motorcycle, it should be thoroughly cleaned. Avoid using contactless cleaning methods with alkaline solutions. The best way to clean all the parts and components is to do it manually using a wax polish for motorcycles. After cleaning, dry the bike with compressed air.

Rubber parts, hoses, and gaskets are treated with silicone-based spray. Metal components are coated with a layer of WD-40. Seats are wiped with a water-repellent leather treatment.
